- In a bowl, place the Nutella and the butter cut into pieces and melt everything in a bain-marie or in the microwave, mixing well .
- Add the sugar and mix again, then add the eggs one at a time, incorporating them well into the mixture .
- Sift the flour and cocoa and add them to the mixture, mixing with a spatula until you obtain a smooth and homogeneous mixture .
- Pour the mixture into a square pan lined with baking paper and level it well .
- Sprinkle the surface with chopped hazelnuts and bake in a preheated static oven at 180° for about 25 minutes .
- Let the brownies cool and cut into squares .
