Shipping and Delivery

1. Order processing times (time taken to process the goods)

Order processing times are usually 1/3 working days excluding Saturday and Sunday. Order processing times depend on the payment method chosen: orders placed by card, PayPal, Amazon Pay, Satispay or cash on delivery will be entrusted to the courier within 1/3 working days of receiving the order.

Orders placed by bank transfer will be entrusted to the courier only after the transfer has actually been displayed on the account (in this case the times will depend on the credit date).

The products are shipped on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. No shipments are made on public holidays.

2. Order delivery times (time taken by the courier for delivery)

The goods will be shipped via express courier and delivered within an average time of 1/3 working days following the shipping date.

The average delivery times of the couriers are as follows:

  • Shipping to the Peninsula: 1/3 working days from the delivery of the package to the courier
  • Shipping to the Major Islands (Sardinia, Sicily): 2/3 working days from the delivery of the package to the courier
  • Shipping to the Minor Islands (Capri, Ischia, Pantelleria, Elba, Lampedusa, etc.): 3/5 working days from the delivery of the package to the courier

The delivery times indicated are estimates that are made based on the average time currently taken and are provided for indicative purposes only, without the assumption of any commitment or guarantee of compliance with the same on the part of "NaturaNuova".

3. Shipping costs

Shipping is free for orders over €59 net of expenses. For orders less than €59 shipping costs are 6.50 .

Additional charges:

  • Cash on delivery costs (cash payment to the courier): €3.00
  • Supplement for smaller islands and remote areas: €6.00

At the moment only shipments to ITALY are accepted.

4. Order Tracking

When the product ships, you will receive an email with the tracking code with which you can check the status of your shipment.

5. Packaging

NaturaNuova takes extreme care in preparing the package with the products you ordered, in order to guarantee the maximum quality and freshness of the products.

7. Delivery

Shipments are made via express courier.

Checks to be carried out upon delivery:

upon delivery of the goods by the courier, we advise you to carefully check:

  • that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document which we will send you via email.
  • that the labels affixed to the packages contain your name and address;
  • that the external condition of the packages does not show alterations or signs of tampering: the packaging must be intact, not damaged or wet
  • that the package closure materials (adhesive tape or plasticized straps) have not been tampered with or altered in any way.

If, following the checks carried out, you find an anomaly, we recommend that you clearly indicate it on the courier's delivery note by adding " Accepted subject to inspection " indicating " The reason " for this reservation (e.g. I accept with reservation because the package is damaged) .

As soon as possible, and in any case within 7 calendar days, report the incident to us by reporting online via the section Customer care

Once the courier document has been signed without reservations, the Customer will not be able to make any objection regarding the external characteristics of what was delivered.

The Carrier is also responsible for the delay in delivering the goods to the recipient. Italia Spezie, for the cases mentioned above, must be considered exempt from any liability for loss or damage (damage) to the goods from the moment in which the same is delivered without reservations to the carrier for transport.

8. Disadvantaged areas

For some areas that couriers classify as "remote areas" an additional transport contribution of €6.00 ​​is required. For Livigno (CAP 23030) and Campione d'Italia (CAP 22060) shipping costs require an additional contribution of €50. The locations classified as remote areas are the following:
